The Knowledge Management Platform you are currently visiting is a product of transnational co-operation between partners from Finland, Germany, Italy and Poland.

In its essence it is a self-appraisal tool targeted at small or medium sized companies who wish to appraise their state of some key knowledge management practices through a simple on-line questionnaire.

Evaluation report will give you results of your company in five dimensions of KM vis a vis a database of several hundred European SMEs (to view a sample report click here). You will also obtain some basic interpretation of the results of your firm with recommendations for actions.

Also, the Platform contains slides for a training course on knowledge management (in English), references to some important literature on knowledge management (KM), a dictionary of key terms and definitions related to KM as well as a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the topic.
